Order Policy

Visa, MasterCard and Discover are the preferred methods of payment. A money order or fax is also acceptable and may be taken by mailing your order to:

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method and shipping destination. Available shipping methods are:

  UPS Ground
  UPS 2nd Day Air
  UPS Next Day Air

* Alaska, Hawaii, and Foreign Orders Will Have Additional Shipping and/or Handling Charges Added To Their Order.

The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days, you will be notified by email as to the expected shipping date. Some items may be shipped factory direct and these orders typically ship within 3 business days as well; however, tracking information may not always be readily available. In such cases, we will email the customer that the order has been shipped and that we are awaiting tracking information. Upon shipment of an order, customers will receive and email within 1 business day of the shipment with confirmation of the ship date and mode of shipment.

Return Policy

Any order cancelled while in transit will be subject to any applicable freight charges. Returned goods in transit and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Products not returned in resalable condition and in the original undamaged package may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice. If your shipment is damaged, notify customer service at 800-318-7454 within 48 hours for a return authorization number. Any packages returned without a return merchandise authorization number will be refused or sent back freight collect. All returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date to be accepted for full refund or exchange. Have your customer number ready when you call. Customer service may be reached Monday through Friday, 7:30 - 5:00 CST.
